The farm is in the beautiful Dedham Vale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and in the Suffolk River Valleys ESA, providing excellent hacking.

We are within easy traveling distance to a number of top class Equestrian centers, providing both affiliated and unaffiliated competitions as well as riding club events. Wix EC is 6 miles away and Norton Heath EC and Towerlands EC are both within a 1 hour drive. Two British Eventing cross country courses are within easy driving.
